باستخدامك «بروفت بلس» أو إنشائك حساباً، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط بينك وبين أحمد المحمدي (عمل حر، وثيقة FL-743917632). إن كنت تتعاقد نيابةً عن منشأة فأنت تقرّ بصلاحيتك لذلك.
«بروفت بلس» خدمة تحليلية/استشارية فقط، وليست مزوّد دفع ولا بنكاً ولا محاسباً ولا منصّة متاجر.
أرقام صافي الربح والهوامش تقديرات تعتمد على مدخلاتك (التكاليف، الشحن، نسبة فشل الدفع عند الاستلام، المصاريف الثابتة) وعلى البيانات المسحوبة من مصادرك. يعرض المنتج مؤشّر ثقة يوضّح نسبة الأرقام الحقيقية مقابل المُقدَّرة. هذه الأرقام ليست استشارة محاسبية أو ضريبية أو نظامية، ولا تُغني عن محاسبك أو التزاماتك لدى هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك، وأنت وحدك مسؤول عن التحقّق منها قبل الاعتماد عليها.
مقدّم الخدمة حالياً غير مسجّل في ضريبة القيمة المضافة، لذلك لا تُضاف ضريبة قيمة مضافة على الأسعار ولا تصدر فاتورة ضريبية بها رقم ضريبي. الأسعار المعروضة نهائية. سنبدأ تطبيق الضريبة والفوترة الإلكترونية (ZATCA) تلقائياً عند التسجيل في الضريبة مستقبلاً.
تُدفع الباقات المدفوعة مقدّماً وتتجدّد تلقائياً كل ٣٠ يوماً حتى الإلغاء. عند الإلغاء يبقى اشتراكك ساري المفعول حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة الحالية ثم لا يتجدّد. لا يوجد استرداد للمبالغ (لا استرداد جزئي أو نسبي).
تُفوتَر بالفاتورة/التحويل البنكي (وليس بطاقة ذاتية). رسوم الإعداد غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء العمل، والأتعاب الشهرية للشهر الجاري غير قابلة للاسترداد. الدفع السنوي = شهر مجاني، وإمكان تقسيط رسوم الإعداد على أقساط ربع سنوية بدون فوائد؛ لا تجربة مجانية، بل شهر تجريبي مدفوع.
يملك «بروفت بلس» البرنامج والنماذج والمنهجية واللوحات وقوالب التقارير. تملك أنت بياناتك الأصلية، وتُرخَّص لك مخرجات تقارير الكونسيرج للاستخدام. نمنحك ترخيصاً محدوداً غير حصري وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام البرنامج طوال اشتراكك.
نعتمد على سلة وزد وتابي وتمارا وميسر وGoogle (Workspace وGA4) وAnthropic وMicrosoft Azure. لسنا مسؤولين عن توفّر هذه الجهات أو تغييراتها أو رسومها. يرسل «المحلل الذكي» أرقاماً مجمّعة إلى Anthropic (راجع سياسة الخصوصية واتفاقية معالجة البيانات).
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توفّرها» دون ضمان جاهزية زمنية ما لم يُتّفق على ذلك في الكونسيرج. تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على ما دفعته من رسوم خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة، ونستثني الأضرار غير المباشرة والتبعية وفوات الربح، وكذلك أي قرار تجاري تتّخذه اعتماداً على التقديرات، إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به نظام المملكة. وتُعوّضنا عن أي مطالبات ناشئة عن مشاركتك غير النظامية للبيانات أو نقص موافقات عملائك أو سوء استخدام مفاتيح التسوية.
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط بإشعار مناسب، ويُشار إلى الإصدار في أعلى الصفحة، ويُعدّ استمرار الاستخدام قبولاً. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية (بما فيها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية وأنظمة هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك)، والاختصاص للمحاكم المختصة في الرياض.

By using Profit Plus or creating an account you agree to these Terms between you and Ahmed Almohammadi (freelancer, Freelance Work Document No. FL-743917632). If you contract on behalf of a business, you warrant you are authorized to do so.
Profit Plus is analytics/advisory only — not a payment processor, bank, accountant, or store platform.
Net-profit and margin figures are estimates based on your inputs (costs, shipping, COD-failure rate, overhead) and data pulled from your sources. The product shows a confidence indicator of real vs. estimated. These figures are not accounting, tax, or legal advice, do not replace your accountant or your ZATCA obligations, and you are solely responsible for verifying them before relying on them.
The provider is currently not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to prices and no VAT-bearing tax invoice with a VAT number is issued. Displayed prices are final. VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing will apply automatically upon future VAT registration.
Paid plans are billed in advance and auto-renew every 30 days until cancelled. On cancellation your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period and then does not renew. No refunds (no partial or pro-rata refund).
Billed by invoice/bank transfer (not self-serve card). The setup fee is non-refundable once work begins, and the current month's retainer is non-refundable. Annual payment = one month free; the setup fee may be split into interest-free quarterly installments; no free trial — a paid one-month pilot instead.
Profit Plus owns the software, models, methodology, dashboards, and report templates. You own your own raw data, and concierge report outputs are licensed to you to use. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the software during your subscription.
We depend on Salla, Zid, Tabby, Tamara, Moyasar, Google (Workspace + GA4), Anthropic, and Microsoft Azure. We are not liable for their availability, changes, or fees. The AI Analyst sends aggregated figures to Anthropic (see the Privacy Policy and DPA).
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no uptime guarantee unless agreed in a concierge order. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months; we exclude indirect, consequential, and lost-profit damages, and any business decision you make in reliance on the Estimates, to the maximum extent permitted by KSA law. You indemnify us for claims arising from your unlawful data sharing, missing customer consents, or misuse of settlement keys.
We may amend these Terms on reasonable notice; the version is shown above and continued use is acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (including the PDPL and ZATCA rules); the competent courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction.
