اتفاقية معالجة البيانات · Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

١) الأدوار

بالنسبة لبيانات عملاء متجرك التي نجلبها من سلة/زد: أنت «مسؤول البيانات» ونحن «المعالِج» نعمل وفق تعليماتك الموثّقة فقط. (أمّا بيانات حسابك أنت كتاجر فنحن مسؤولوها، وتغطّيها سياسة الخصوصية.)

٢) موضوع المعالجة ومدّتها وطبيعتها والغرض منها

الموضوع: معالجة البيانات الشخصية لعملاء متجرك لحساب صافي ربحك. المدّة: طوال سريان الاتفاقية بيننا. الطبيعة: الجلب والتخزين والحساب والعرض. الغرض: تقديم التحليلات فقط؛ لا نستخدم بيانات عملائك لأي غرض لم تأمر به.

٣) فئات أصحاب البيانات والبيانات

أصحاب البيانات: عملاء متجرك، وأعضاء فريقك. فئات البيانات: اسم العميل وبريده وجواله ومدينته وعدد طلباته وإجمالي إنفاقه؛ والطلبات وبنودها والمنتجات. لا نقصد معالجة البيانات الحسّاسة ونطلب منك عدم إرسالها.

٤) التزامات المعالِج

• المعالجة وفق تعليماتك الموثّقة فقط.
• السرّية: يلتزم كل من يصل للبيانات بالسرّية.
• الأمان (المادة ٥ أدناه).
• المساعدة في الاستجابة لطلبات أصحاب البيانات، وفي الإخطار بالانتهاكات، وفي تقييمات الأثر عند الحاجة.
• عدم الاستعانة بمعالج من الباطن جديد دون إذنك (القائمة أدناه معتمدة مسبقاً).

٥) أمان المعالجة

• تشفير عند التخزين لرموز OAuth (سلة/زد) ومفاتيح التسويات وبريد/جوال عملاء متجرك، بمفتاح خارج قاعدة البيانات.
• كلمات المرور scrypt، ورموز التحقق كبصمات، وTLS أثناء النقل.
• عزل صارم بين المستأجرين حسب معرّف المتجر، وسياسة أمان محتوى.
• تقليل البيانات: بريد/جوال العميل لا تستخدمه أي ميزة، ويُحفظ مشفّراً فقط.

٦) إخطار الانتهاكات

نُخطرك دون تأخير غير مبرّر وخلال ٧٢ ساعة كحدّ أقصى من علمنا بأي انتهاك للبيانات الشخصية، مع تفاصيل كافية، ونتعاون في أي إخطار يلزمك تقديمه إلى SDAIA.

٧) حقوق التدقيق

يحقّ لك طلب المعلومات التي تُثبت الالتزام، وإجراء تدقيق بإشعار معقول وبما يحفظ السرّية، مع الاعتماد أولاً على وثائقنا وإقراراتنا.

٨) الإعادة والحذف عند الإنهاء

عند إلغاء تثبيت تطبيق سلة (app.uninstalled) أو انتهاء الاشتراك: نلغي الوصول ونوقف المزامنة فوراً، ونحتفظ ٣٠ يوماً (استرجاع)، ثم نحذف نهائياً بيانات المتجر: الطلبات، بنود الطلبات، المنتجات، العملاء، سجلات المزامنة، إعدادات التكاليف، الزيارات، والتسويات ومفاتيح المصادر لذلك المتجر. تُستثنى تقارير مملوكة لك وسجلات الفوترة/الضريبة النظامية.

٩) قائمة المعالِجين من الباطن

تُقرأ تسويات تابي/تمارا/ميسر بمفاتيحك أنت، فهي معالِجوك أنت لا معالِجونا. عند أي نقل خارج المملكة نلتزم بضوابط النظام وقواعد SDAIA.

1) Roles

For your store's end-customer data synced from Salla/Zid: you are the Controller and we are the Processor, acting only on your documented instructions. (Your own merchant-account data — for which we are controller — is covered by the Privacy Policy.)

2) Subject-matter, duration, nature & purpose

Subject-matter: processing your store customers' personal data to compute your net profit. Duration: for as long as our agreement is in force. Nature: ingest, store, compute, display. Purpose: to deliver the analytics only; we do not use your customers' data for any purpose you did not instruct.

3) Categories of data subjects & data

Data subjects: your store's customers and your team members. Data: customer name, email, mobile, city, order count and total spent; orders, order items, and products. We do not intend to process special-category data and instruct you not to send it.

4) Processor obligations

• Process only on your documented instructions.
• Confidentiality for everyone who accesses the data.
• Security (clause 5 below).
• Assist with data-subject requests, breach notification, and impact assessments where needed.
• No new sub-processor without your authorization (the list below is pre-authorized).

5) Security of processing

• Encryption at rest for OAuth tokens (Salla/Zid), settlement keys, and your customers' email/mobile, with a key held outside the database.
• scrypt password hashes, hashed OTP codes, TLS in transit.
• Strict tenant isolation keyed on store id, and a Content-Security-Policy.
• Data minimization: customer email/mobile are used by no feature and stored only encrypted.

6) Breach notification

We notify you without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of a personal-data breach, with sufficient detail, and cooperate with any SDAIA notification you must make.

7) Audit rights

You may request information demonstrating compliance and conduct an audit on reasonable notice, subject to confidentiality, relying first on our documentation and attestations.

8) Return & deletion on termination

On Salla app.uninstalled or subscription end: we revoke access and stop syncing immediately, retain for a 30-day grace window, then permanently delete the store's data: orders, order items, products, customers, sync runs, cost settings, traffic, and that store's settlements and source credentials. Excluded: client-owned report snapshots and statutory billing/tax records.

9) Sub-processor list

Tabby/Tamara/Moyasar settlements are read with your own keys, so they are your processors, not ours. For any transfer outside the Kingdom we comply with the PDPL and SDAIA rules.
